Gorgeous piece! very nice drawing of a thunderhead I wish I was good with painting clouds! hehe, I tried once but didnt do too hot of a job, Guess I'll have to give it another shot sometime! hehe. I'll have to agree with GOOFMSs though! this just has this funky feel of needing a planet in it! hehe

The rain and haze is convincing
The texture of the cloud is too "thready". Even when the cloud seems streaky and smeared, try taking your pen off the tablet and then re-applying it. This thready effect is particularly apparent top right. I always blend the colours smoothly first, and then dab in the details afterwards with a low opacity brush.
I think it needs a horizon, just a very thin one right at the bottom
